Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders placed on rankiiz.com will be delivered to US addresses exclusively.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it has shipped.

Shipping Timeframes

We offer Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders under $99 are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout, while orders over $99 qualify for Free Standard Shipping. All orders are delivered within an estimated 7–14 business days, regardless of shipping method. 

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods. Business days exclude weekends and US public holidays.

  • Orders over $99 — Free Standard Shipping

  • Orders under $99 — Shipping cost calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery address

Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During high-demand periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holiday season (November through January), delivery times may extend by an additional 3–7 business days beyond our standard estimates. We recommend placing orders early during these periods to ensure timely delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of your order date, please contact us at info@rankiiz.com with your order number, and we will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Rankiiz is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at info@rankiiz.com within 24 hours, and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@rankiiz.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund depending on the situation.
